PRIZE MONEY 2012:

The first 5 finishers, both male and female in the professional class will receive prize money as long as they come in within + 8% of the finishing time.

The total prize money of U$ 75.000,– will be distributed as follows: Professionals are not able to be in the rankings of their age group and so they are not able to get an age group Hawaii qualification slot. The prize money will be paid to the athletes as soon as the official doping test results have been received by the race director.
IRONMAN

· 8:38:24 for a winning time of 8:00

· 8:54.36 for a winning time of 8:15

· 9:10.48 for a winning time of 8:30

· 9:43.12 for the winning time of 9:00

· 9:59:24 for a winning time of 9:15

· 10:15.48 for the winning time of 9:30

1st  $ 12,000

2nd $  8,000

3rd  $  5,500

4th  $  4,000

Unearned prize money will be redistrubted to athletes meeting the qualifying standard. The redistribution of unearned prize money will be based on the equal distribution of the total prize purse between the Male and Female divisions.
