The race course of the Kärnten IRONMAN Austria

What is the course like? Probably one of the most important questions for the decision of which IRONMAN to take part in. Carinthia, Klagenfurt and the region around Lake Wörther See provide the perfect ambience for triathlon sport. The countryside and the picturesque villages along the race course have been fascinating tourists ever since, no matter if in summer or in winter. Start and finish
The start of the Kärnten Ironman Austria Triathlon takes place in the Strandbad Klagenfurt (Klagenfurt’s public bathing beach). The mass-start from the water will take place between all the three bridges. The finish canal is located directly in IRONMAN City, on the East bank of Lake Wörther See.
