Arrival to the EXPO?

The EXPO is located at the Metnitzstrand. Near to the public bath.

Arrival by car:
Highway connection from the North is A10, from East is A2, from West A13 and from South A2.
For planning your route we recommend this service.

Arrival by plane:

Klagenfurt has its own airport that is accessible from all major airports in Europe. There are direct connections from Vienna, Frankfurt and London Stansted. From the rest of the world there are flights to Klagenfurt via Vienna. All flight operators that fly to Klagenfurt offer car rentals, too.

Arrival by train:
Travelling by train is very convenient since Klagenfurts Main Station is located in the city center. There are good connections from all over Europe. Taxis are awaiting you upon arrival, or you can use a public bus. For more information on travelling by train go to Austrian Railways’ webpage.

Opening hours?

The EXPO is open from Thursday to Monday between 09:00 to 18:00 and on Sunday till 19:00.
Assembling and Dismantling?

Assembling has to be on Wednesday between 12:00 and 24:00. Dismantling may start on Monday after the race at 18:00 and has to be finished by 18:00 next day.
Delivery and parking?

The area of the EXPO is open for traffic only for delivery and removal.

Entry deadline and mode of payment?

Entry deadline for EXPO in St. Pölten is April 27th, payment till May 10th. Entry deadline for the EXPO in Klagenfurt is June15th  2012. Total payment for an EXPO stand is necessary till June 18th 2012.
