Option 1.) Transfer

Athletes can transfer their race entry according to the “Race Transfer Policy” – please read the details here.

Option 2.) Cancellation

Cancellation conditions/regular fees: Until 01.03.2012 - 50 % cancellation fee (which means a refund of 50% of the entry fee), from 02.03.2012 until 01.05.2012 75 % cancellation fee (which means a refund of 25% of the entry fee), from 02.05.2015: no refund! Special products such as extra tickets, DVDs or VIP-Tickets will be refunded until 30.04.2012, from 01.05.2012 the special products have to be fully paid. We’re under Austrian law, court of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.

If you need to withdraw from the race or want to transfer please download the transfer/withdrawal form (French, Italian), complete it and return it to withdrawal@ironman.com or mail it to:
